Cancellation by us

All our courses have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time. You will receive a full refund or a gift voucher to the same value if that is how you paid. Please note that we will not refund the cost of any accommodation or travel that you may have booked. We reserve the right to alter venues (see below).

Accommodation/Transport

You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation and transport. Regretfully we cannot supply a pick-up service at the local railway station. Though subject to you agreeing, we can put students in touch with each other to share a taxi. We will provide a list of local accommodation but it is up to you to contract with them and we cannot guarantee the quality – please check it suits your needs and budget. We suggest you should make arrangements for cancellation whether that is as the result of a cancellation of a course by us or by you and you should consider appropriate insurance.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers for a one or two day course are available. They must be used by the specified date (currently December 2019, as I do not currently have any dates booked for 2020). These are non-refundable, so if you do not use it you will not be reimbursed. If the course chosen is more expensive than the voucher, the difference must be paid. A two-day voucher can be used to pay for two separate courses. In exceptional circumstances gift vouchers may be used in payment against the purchase of a painting. Please contact Liz to discuss.
